Plan Includes:

- X-ray (single IOPA digital radiograph) as required.
- 2 composite or glass Ionomer filings.
- Scaling and tooth polishing with ultrasonic scalar.
- One three unit full ceramic PFM bridge (will have to visit again for bridge fitting) this replaces single missing tooth.
- One tooth RCT(Root Canal Treatment)
